Requirements
- 【Participation Requirements】
- ① Ages 10 to 70
- ② 体重100kg以下
- ③ Height: 140 cm (4 ft 7 in) to 200 cm (6 ft 7 in)
- ④ Maximum waist circumference: 115 cm (45 in)
- ⑤ Maximum thigh circumference: 75 cm (30 in)
- Ages 10 to Junior High School Students
- Participation with a parent or guardian aged 18 or older is required. High school students are not eligible to serve as guardians. The accompanying guardian is also required to pay the participation fee.
- One guardian may supervise up to three participants. We recommend supervising no more than two participants for safety and comfort.
- For high school students (ages 16–18):
- Ground supervision by a parent or guardian aged 18 or older is required. High school students are not eligible to serve as guardians.
- Ages 18 and over
- Solo participation is allowed.
Restrictions
- For infection prevention, please refrain from participating if you have a fever or any cold-like symptoms.
- Guests wearing prohibited attire may not be permitted to participate in the athletic activities. If a violation of the dress code is discovered during participation, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate further use of the facility.
- Unless specifically approved by our facility, please refrain from participating while wearing revealing costumes (such as swimwear-style outfits, bloomers, or similar attire). If an outfit is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the facility’s environment, we reserve the right to suspend or deny participation.
- The athletic course includes stairs and steep slopes. For safety reasons, the use of parasols or umbrellas while participating is not permitted.
- Athletic activities involve inherent risks. Pushing yourself beyond your limits may result in injury, so please participate safely and enjoy the experience responsibly.
- Use of this facility is subject to the “Adventure Garden Terms of Use,” the “Special Ropeway Passenger Regulations,” and any other rules and policies established by the facility.
What to Bring

- Long Pants
- Long pants are recommended to help prevent cuts and scrapes. Participants wearing shorts shorter than mid-thigh will not be permitted to participate.
- Warm Clothing
- As temperatures here may be lower than in the city, pl
- Work gloves with non-slip grip
- Some sections of the course require gripping with your hands. We recommend bringing gloves to help prevent friction injuries, protect your hands, and keep them warm.
- Personal bags are allowed only if they have zippers. (Please note: You are responsible for your own belongings.)
- Please secure all loose items (phones, keys, wallets, water bottles, etc.) in zippered pockets or refrain from bringing them with you.
